Rounded shapes are the main feature of children toys, in particular if the target is under 36 months old. The product will certainly be put in the mouth (many are specially designed for this important function, especially in the period in which there appear the first teeth). In Europe there’s the European Directive on Toys Safety 88 /378/CEE that determines the special physical-chemical tests (twist, simulation of bite, sharp of the edges, absence of tips, etc.) toys have to submit to obtain CE Certification n. 0376, that guarantees their security.
Le forme arrotondate sono la caratteristica principale dei giocattoli per bambini, in particolare se il target è sotto i 36 mesi. Il prodotto infatti sarà certamente messo in bocca (molti sono appositamente studiati per questa importante funzione, soprattutto nel periodo in cui spuntano i primi denti). In Europa vige la Direttiva Europea sulla Sicurezza dei Giocattoli 88/378/CEE che determina le particolari prove fisiche-chimiche (torsione, simulazione di morso, affilatezza dei bordi, assenza di punte, ecc.) a cui sottoporre i giocattoli per ottenere la Certificazione CE n. 0376, che ne garantisce la sicurezza.
